• Transaction Data: Card purchases, trade-ins, pricing decisions, vendor discounts, and checkout history that you create within the app.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Features you use, time spent in the app, error logs, and performance data.
• Camera Data: When you use our AI-powered card recognition feature, images are processed to identify cards. These images are temporarily stored for processing and deleted after recognition is complete unless you choose to save them to a transaction.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve PokeSwift's features including card recognition, pricing lookups, and checkout functionality.
• Communications: To send launch notifications, product updates, feature announcements, and customer support responses.
• AI Features: Card images and OCR data are used to power our AI recognition system. We do not use your transaction data to train third-party AI models or share it with external AI providers without your explicit consent.
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with PokeSwift, identify bugs, and improve user experience.
• Security: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) with data centers located in the United States. AWS maintains SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other security certifications.
• Access Controls: Only authorized personnel have access to user data, and all access is logged and monitored.
• Cloud Storage: Transaction data is stored in the cloud for immediate access from any compatible device.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

• Launch List: Email addresses collected for launch notifications will be retained until you opt out or until 90 days after launch communications are complete.
• Account Data: We retain your account information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• Transaction History: Transaction records are retained for business purposes (accounting, support) for up to 7 years or as required by law.
• Deleted Data: When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain it.

8. International Users

PokeSwift is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using PokeSwift, you consent to this transfer.
